International Staffing

From the beginning, the Kruse & Associates, Inc. family of companies has worked some with foreign trained professionals.  While this is, in part, due to our affiliation with Citizens Services International; we have also recognized the need for supplemental staffing from sources other than “home” in certain disciplines. We have been able to gain significant experience in recruiting and screening candidates from other countries; to present qualified talent; legal and ready to go to work at the doorstep of our clients.

Despite the significant influx of foreign talent into this country, we still find many clients who have no experience, or base their opinion on what they have "heard".  We also find clients who may have had a bad experience and don't want to "try again".  In general, we have found foreign trained professionals to have the same mix as any group.  Most are good, some are not and it is not wise to generalize from any one experience.  In fact, we have found these folks so grateful to have the opportunity to work in the U.S. that they are willing to work in places and shifts that are generally undesirable.  We have had better than average loyalty (which translates into retention; and by treating them right, have had generally more referrals than we could hire.  We can and will present both domestic and foreign trained candidates that fit the criteria the client specifies.

One advantage we have in providing foreign trained talent is our ability to handle all the paperwork through our "in-house immigration department".  Whether direct or contract placement, the candidate is presented to you fully legal to work.  Any changes or extensions of visa, etc, is all handled with minimal concern and effort on your part.  As a primer, if you're interested, we refer to you Immigration 101, which is an overview of basic terminology and processes.

Canada/Mexico:

Since they have done such a thorough job, we are referring you to Immigration Specialties for details.   http://www.immspec.com/TN-main.htm
