Therapists are generally still eligible for the H-1B temporary work
visa. We have sponsored a significant number of therapists over the years,
and understand this process. It involves:

Proving your education is equivalent to a US educated therapist.

Involves passing a national exam, and applying to a
specific state.
Each state is different and this also often involves an
English proficiency exam.
See Licensing.

Citizens Services International.
Just a note on The Green Card:
Although the H-1B visa is generally the easiest and quickest way to
immigrate to the US, we have developed a program called "Land With A Green
Card". The program allows you to start your Green Card process immediately,
while still in your home country. This works better for certain professions,
or a situation where you want to start the process, but are not quite ready
to leave your home country.
Contact Us for more information about this program.
