Salary:
While everyone will say their salaries are “competitive” or
“excellent”; TheraKare takes the “Kare” in our name seriously and
truly wants to take care of you. We all have to make a living, so
“fair” and “flexible” describe our compensation package just as
well. In our application form, we ask you to tell us what salary you
are looking for. We recognize that each of you has your own unique
needs, desires, and financial goals, and we will do our best to help
you meet them all.
Salaries vary not only by skills, education and background but by
areas of the country; type of facility, etc. In all cases, you can
know that TheraKare knows the market and intends to be “fair and
flexible”.
