TheraKare can fill temporary needs for physical therapists, occupational
therapist, speech language pathologists, nurses, pharmacists, technicians,
etc., in all states. Emphasizing flexibility and service, we don’t insist
on the standard "13-week" contract. Give us 30 days notice and we move on.
PRN contracts are also available in most areas. Rates are flexible, with
each situation negotiated on its own merits. Every temporary agreement has a
buy out clause for permanent placement. If you have need for
several professionals at once, we will provide volume discounts. We take
care of housing, credentialing, benefits, etc.
We also serve as a traditional recruiter or "head-hunter"; helping you find and hire
direct for a specific need. We recruit both domestic and foreign trained. If
foreign trained, we process all necessary licensing and immigration
paperwork, presenting them to you ready to go to work. (Ask for information

flexible, with each situation negotiated on its own merits.
