"I am writing in reference of TheraKare's contract therapy services. I have had the pleasure of working with Cathy Logan and TheraKare since 1997 when I was an Area Manager with Team Rehab. When I became director of Therapy with Balanced Care in July 1999, I elected to continue to utilize TheraKare's services with my new company because of the outstanding treatment I had received from Cathy in the past. I endured the challenge of taking Balanced Care's therapy services in-house with the help of TheraKare. When Balanced Care sold in Jan. 2000, I explained to my supervisors that I wished to continue to utilize TheraKare because of the excellent experiences I have had with Cathy and her staff in the past.

TheraKare has provided staffing coverage for me, often on very short notice. The caliber of the therapists that TheraKare has provided has consistently been superior. I have found TheraKare's staff to be talented, properly oriented, and very independent in the delivery of quality therapy services. It is so critical with short-term staffing to have therapists that can walk into a situation, assess it, and beginning work immediately. On my last day as a Kruse & Associates employee, I wanted to thank you all for making this experience so wonderful. As you may know, Williams chose to convert me to a permanent employee starting Monday, August 31st and while I am thrilled that they did this, I will miss the interaction I have had with you.

The birthday, anniversary, and get well cards; the gifts here and there; and all of the genuine interest I received from you while we built our house did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. There are numerous "horror stories" I have heard from people about being a contractor and I am so grateful I worked for you because I do not have one of those stories. Instead, I am able to talk about my experience as one where I felt like a part of the company I worked for. I knew the people, not just as names, but as actual people.
